The beads portrayed on this page were lovingly created by an artist who benefited from art in school. Please help me promote the Arts Action Fund…and keep Art in our schools!

GARDEN PATH

This series was created with some of my favorite glass; Lauscha clear, pea and grass green stamen rod and EDP. I made lots of little encased pea green and EDP beads as spacers. These look very pretty with all of the lime shirts I find in my closet!

HEART A BLOOMIN'

This series was created with my two favorite nurses in mind...my sissy Waddie & my niece Nissa...they are both sweet hearts and are very dedicated to their patients!
These were made on a base of transparent black with red hearts and pea green leaves!

ROSE BUDs

I grow beautiful roses in my garden and they inspired these little rose buds...
These were made on a pea green
base. I used pea and grass green stamen rod that I pulled for the little leaves and the buds themselves were made from EDP stringer that I encased in clear Lauscha.

DEW DROPS

This was a fun change of pace! I wanted it to appear as though little drops of dew settled on a green bead and picked up color from the flowers in the garden..hmmm...

SWIRLED MARBEL

This series was by utilizing some really cool twisty that I made out of periwinkle, clear Lauscha and EDP.

EVIL DEVILISH PURPLE FLOWER

Beyond the name, there are so many reasons why this is my favorite glass! It never ceases to surprise and amaze me! Here are some EPD flowers on transparent cobalt bases. The stamen is pea green and clear Lauscha.

GREEN, GREEN & MORE GREEN

As long as I can remember my mother, Marlys has LOVED green. I too have grown to have it be one of my favorites...especially green glass! It is very forgiving of my careless ways; it never burns or bubbles...never let's me down!
These were all made with pea and transparent grass green

ROSEBUDS ON BLACK BARREL

Another testament to EDP. These little encased rosebuds are actually the color they appear in the photo...wicked, eh? The barrel bead is about 3"-long. The vines are made from encased pea green and grass green and the buds are...you guessed it...

LOVIES

My niece, Summer, is one of the sweetest people I know. She's such a devoted mom and daughter ...I just really dig her! She inspired me to create these...
These are alternating pea green and amethyst of lavender hearts...all over a transparent black base. The spacer beads are encased pea green.

PINK PASSION

Yes, it's really just EDP, but I'm calling in pink on these beads. These are just some goofy EDP dots over a clear Lauscha base. I like the little silver accent beads, they really make them look antique!

BOY BEADS

I have a constant stream of 16 & 17 year old boys going through my house, led of course by my son Tyler. I always stop them and ask them if they want a cookie and if they would like to see the new beads I've made...they love the cookies and honestly try to act interested but I think they are sick to death of my EDP flowers!
I guess all they want are some really bright beads they can tie up with some hemp...

MORE EDP...

More EDP flowers in a variety of bases...

NOT EDP...

These beads do not have a single drop of EDP in them...HONEST! The first is a set that consists of clear Lauscha with encased periwinkle and pink streamers. The second set is on a transparent black base and is made from pale lavender. The spacer beads are all encased pale lavender.
